The mission of HOSA is to enable secondary and postsecondary students to become leaders in the healthcare industry by enabling future health professionals to acquire knowledge, skills training and leadership development through competition.

HOSA Canada offers many health science events, ranging from more generalized events like medical terminology to profession-specific ones like veterinary science

Immersed in a highly competitive environment, students learn first hand the value of preparation, hard work and time management
HANDS-ON WORKSHOPS
Attend panels where medical students answer questions and give guidance on the admissions process as well as workshops teaching skills such as suturing, reading x-rays, taking vitals, and more
